We have a lovely Head Chef role available at a site based in North West London. This position is at an exceptional venue where you will oversee all food-related operations.
The Head Chef will manage a small team responsible for a restaurant service and events. You will oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate food service for events of various sizes. Food for events is prepared in a Central Production Unit (CPU) and transported to the site for finishing and serving.
This role involves working five days a week, including weekends. The standard shifts are 8 hours each, and any additional hours are paid as overtime, with realistic earnings reaching around £53,000 to £55,000 annually.
The catering includes daily service for clients and guests, with opportunities to create street food-style menus or pop-up concepts for the restaurant, as well as high-end dinners and events. This venue is iconic, offering a fantastic platform to elevate your culinary career.
