Job summary

Thomas Webb Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Concierge for a premier ultra-luxury development in Kensington, London. You will lead the Front Desk Team, uphold five-star service and ensure seamless operation across shifts, including night coverage and rotations.

The role requires proven leadership in concierge management within luxury settings, exceptional presentation and strong organisational skills to exceed resident expectations."

Qualifications

• Previous Head Concierge/concierge management experience in ultra-luxury settings or five-star hotels.
• Proven ability to lead Front of House/concierge teams of four or more.
• Excellent communication, presence and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk Team and Front of House operations.
• Maintain five-star service standards and professional presentation.
• Oversee staff rotas, shifts, handovers and coverage.
• Train, develop and motivate team for proactive service.
• Handle resident and guest enquiries with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with General Manager and other Team Leaders.
