Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the Barn Owl Blacknest kitchen. You will craft menus, oversee daily operations, and drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef in a high-volume, premium fresh-food environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent menu development and cost control.
• Good business acumen and computer literacy for stock, GP and labour controls.
