Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd near Haighton Manor is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen, shape seasonal menus and drive high-volume culinary excellence. You will manage the team, collaborate with the pub manager and Executive Chefs to enhance food culture and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager or senior sous chef in a busy, premium fresh food environment.
• Responsible for food culture within the pub and for seasonal menu formulation with Executive Chefs.
• Strong leadership and business acumen to manage stock, GP and labour controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations as Head Chef and manage the culinary team.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus with Executive Chefs.
• Ensure highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
