Brunning & Price Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef for Haighton Manor near Preston. You will lead the culinary team, develop seasonal menus with our Executive Chefs, and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Head Chef or senior kitchen manager in a premium fresh-food pub environment.
• Experience with menu development and seasonal menus.
• Strong stock, GP and labour cost control.
