Hall & Woodhouse’s Angel Inn is recruiting a Head Chef to lead a high‑energy, prestige kitchen on the edge of Bournemouth. You’ll deliver exceptional fayre to brand specs and inspire a dedicated team in a traditional country pub at the heart of its community.

The role offers a 5‑day week, excellent working conditions, and a compensation package up to £43,250 per annum plus tips, profit share, pension, health cover, wellbeing support, discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with brand-spec experience and a passion for high‑quality fayre.
• Proven leadership of a busy, prestige kitchen and teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management.
• Excellent kitchen administration and consistency in delivery.
