Job summary

Loungers plc is seeking a Head Chef for Cosy Club Derby to lead a kitchen that delivers fresh, from-scratch dishes with passion. You will coach and mentor the team, manage sections, and drive standards across service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

At Cosy Club Derby, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

Our Head Chefs deliver nothing but the best when it comes to cooking, coaching and mentoring. Working with us you could earn in the region of circa £53,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £45,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £5.5k - £8.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
