Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the White Horse Hotel, part of Castle Pubs. You will lead a kitchen team, craft a premier dining experience, and manage food ordering, prep and stock, while ensuring strict health and hygiene compliance.

Job description

As Head Chef at the White Horse Hotel you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
