Job summary

White Lion Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire a team to deliver consistently top-quality dishes.

You will manage food ordering, preparation and stock control, work with our branded menu, and ensure all health and hygiene standards are met. Onsite accommodation is available, with extensive staff benefits including discounts, pension and holiday entitlement.

• First Head Chef appointment suitable?
• Experience in leadership in kitchen environments (preferred)

As Head Chef at the White Lion Hotel you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 7 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
