Job summary

The Castle, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team to deliver food of the highest standard.

You’ll manage all kitchen operations, including ordering, prep, stock control, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while working with a branded menu and driving guest satisfaction.

As Head Chef at the Castle you’ll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
