Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen, steer a busy team and deliver Italian favourites with pride. You’ll own service from prep to plate and work closely with the General Manager to schedule shifts across a 48-hour week.

You’ll enjoy pay between £15.00 and £15.45 per hour with tronc, great benefits, and opportunities to grow within the Prezzo Brava family across locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior someshift lead in a busy kitchen.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive performance.
• Excellent standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to coach and develop a kitchen team.
• Commitment to delivering pride in every plate.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and supervise the team from service to prep.
• Maintain high kitchen standards and control stock, waste and costs.
• Collaborate with General Manager to schedule and plan rosters.
• Ensure a positive, efficient work environment for all staff.
