Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a warm, motivated Head Chef to lead our Hospitality team. You will deliver hotel and restaurant standard meals, create nutritious menus, and work with residents on menu development, all within budget and safety guidelines.

You will supervise kitchen staff, control stock and costs, ensure dietary requirements are met, and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards across 55 homes in England.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering environment with cost control and dietary awareness.
• Ability to create menus that meet dietary requirements and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage kitchen staff.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and safe cooking temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead kitchen staff, supervise stock, and manage budget.
