Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Head Chef for Holborn Dining Room to lead the kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction. You will report to the Restaurants Head Chef and drive financial performance and luxury standards.

Role requires senior kitchen leadership experience in a premium setting, with a focus on cost control, safety and cross-department collaboration. This position is based in London and involves overseeing daily culinary delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
• Strong focus on quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• HACCP knowledge and allergy management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade with culture of excellence.
• Ensure all dishes meet highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Drive food cost control, labour productivity and stock management.
• Support menu development and culinary innovation aligned with Rosewood standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, allergens, safety and policies.
• Collaborate across Food & Beverage, Purchasing and other teams.
• Monitor guest feedback and market trends to drive improvement.
