Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Floor Supervisor to join the supervisory team in Holborn Dining Room. You will ensure smooth floor operations during shifts, supervise head waiters and front-of-house colleagues, and uphold the Rosewood service standards.

You'll lead a large team in a fast-paced, upscale setting, build guest relations, handle feedback, and turn experiences into repeat visits. A passion for hospitality and ownership of the guest journey are essential.

Qualifications

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• A thorough understanding of running operations in an upscale, fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills to manage large teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant floor during the allocated shift.
• Coordinate the restaurant floor team to deliver heartfelt service and uphold Rosewood standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products to maximise sales.
• Manage guest relations, handle feedback and convert to repeat business.
