Job summary

Boundary Outlet in Colne is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation across all dishes. You will coach and manage the kitchen team, ensure high standards of hygiene, maintain equipment, and drive ongoing quality improvements.

The role requires previous senior chef experience, strong leadership, and excellent organisation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver excellent dining experiences.
• Handle equipment maintenance and resolve kitchen issues.
