Lodestone House, part of Compass Group UK&I, seeks a Head Chef to lead and develop a dynamic kitchen team across multiple outlets. You will oversee daily food production, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure cost-effective operations within a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for food production with a hands-on approach.
• Drive sales through menu planning and promotions with preferred suppliers.
• Implement and monitor food safety, HSE and COSHH procedures.
