Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Head Chef for The Three Brooks to lead and inspire the kitchen team and uphold the highest standards of food quality. You will manage all kitchen operations and ensure consistent delivery of branded menu items to guests.

You’ll drive targets with your team, oversee ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations while fostering a culture of inclusion and pride in the pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-standard pub or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
