Job summary

Kents Hill Park Training and Conference Centre, part of The Venues Collection, is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. You will shape the culinary offer, develop a talented team and partner with the General Manager to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

Ambitious Head Chef with proven leadership in busy hospitality kitchens.
Experience delivering breakfast, lunch and dinner in service environments.
Ability to manage budgets, food costs, labour and waste without compromising quality.
Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen team and ensure quality, creativity and consistency across all service periods.
Own the culinary offer by bringing creativity and personal ideas to menus.
Collaborate with GM and leadership to improve food and guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.
