Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspiring Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen across our UK parks. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top quality, drive profitability and develop your team.

The role requires proven experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced environments, strong commercial acumen with budgets and KPIs, and the ability to design menus that maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets, KPIs and financial targets.
• Ability to train, inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your kitchen team to achieve high standards.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and service at all times.
• Oversee stock control, health & safety documentation and training.
• Plan and design menus to maximise profitability.
• Monitor waste, efficiency and food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
