Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Fosforo Lounge, a brand-new site within our growing hospitality group. This is a hands-on role for an experienced kitchen leader who loves real cooking, building teams and running a kitchen like it’s their own.

You’ll take ownership of the kitchen, recruit and coach your team, ensure menu standards and food quality across every service, and drive improvements to hit KPIs and GP while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of kitchen operations and run shifts from open to close.
• Recruit, coach and develop kitchen staff at all levels to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure menu specs and kitchen processes are followed and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen at Fosforo Lounge and maintain high culinary standards.
• Collaborate with FOH to build a one-team culture and seamless service.
• Manage KPIs, food quality, wait times, wastage and GP across shifts.
