Job summary

Marston's PLC seeks a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You will drive culinary standards, train and motivate your staff, and work closely with pub management to deliver memorable guest experiences. A track record in a similar role or a clear path from Sous/Second Chef is expected.

You will be responsible for creating a buzzing, hospitality-focused kitchen while upholding safety and quality, and developing your team through our internal career pathways and app-based training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Lead a team to success in our kitchen.
• Proven ability to maintain high food standards in a pub/restaurant environment.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
