Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You will raise the bar, set high standards, and play a key role in the pub management team to create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

You’ll grow and retain a motivated kitchen team across our pubs, with opportunities to progress and explore wider roles within the business. A clear career pathway and app-based training support development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role or stepping up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Ability to maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong team leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team
