Loungers is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Orleto Lounge. This hands-on role calls for strong leadership, menu execution, and a passion for high standards.

You will run the kitchen end-to-end, develop your team and work closely with the General Manager to meet KPIs. We offer a competitive base salary with bonus, overtime pay, progression opportunities, staff meals, and a range of benefits across our brand portfolio.

Formación

• Experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef.
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen teams.
• Strong cooking skills with high standards and hands-on leadership.
• Commercially minded with GP, labour, stock KPI awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Own the kitchen at Orleto Lounge and oversee shifts from open to close.
• Recruit, coach and develop kitchen staff at all levels.
• Maintain menu specs and kitchen processes to ensure quality.
• Deliver site action plans with the General Manager for wait times, standards and ordering.
