Chef Results Limited is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen as the property reopens and then manages ongoing kitchen operations. The role covers all-day dining, breakfast and bar menus, with dishes prepared on site to a 2AA rosette standard in a busy wedding venue setting.

The successful candidate will run all sections under pressure, manage junior team members and drive cooking standards to match the property’s expectations, with a June start and a 40-hour week across four days.

Qualifications

• Experienced Head Chef with strong leadership in busy kitchens.
• Background in high-volume, fresh-food operations and multi-outlet settings.
• Ability to drive cooking standards to meet property expectations.

Responsibilities

• Run all kitchen sections under pressure and maintain quality.
• Manage junior chefs and support staff effectively.
• Assist with re-opening and ongoing kitchen management.
