Qualifications

• Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring a team.
• Experience working with fresh seasonal food and understanding nutrition.
• Confidence engaging with residents to create appetising and nutritious menus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes.
• Develop menus tailored to resident preferences.
• Assist front of house with dining area setups.
• Manage kitchen budgets and stock control.
