Connaught Care Collection is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary vision across its luxury care homes. You’ll design seasonal menus, manage dietary needs, uphold hygiene standards, and mentor a skilled kitchen team to deliver dining that feels like a restaurant experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef in hospitality, fine dining, or high-end care
• Ability to design seasonal, nutritious menus reflecting resident needs
• Strong leadership to nurture a high-performing kitchen team

Responsabilités

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals for varied tastes and specialist diets
• Design seasonal menus that feel personal and familiar to residents
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, stock and allergen protocols to the highest standard
• Coach and mentor Sous Chefs and Kitchen Assistants for a smooth, calm kitchen
• Collaborate with General Manager and care teams to create memorable dining experiences
• Build a kitchen culture of care, pride, and people-first thinking
