HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen teams in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will oversee menu planning, dietary needs and nutritional quality while ensuring safe, hygienic operations across the kitchen.

You’ll manage stock, budgets, and orders with HACCP oversight, and partner with central teams to deliver high-quality meals in a compassionate environment, where residents’ quality of life is the priority.

Qualificações

• HACCP knowledge required.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen team to prepare nutritious meals for residents.
