Job summary

BASERA in London is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, focusing on Indian curries, tandoor cooking and street food influences. You will manage a small team, maintain high standards, and ensure a smooth service from 12:00 to 21:30, seven days a week except Tuesdays.

The role requires a composed, professional attitude, reliability and teamwork to keep a friendly atmosphere in a compact kitchen. Immediate start in Kingston upon Thames area.
