Job description

What we're looking for.

• Good knowledge and understanding of Indian curries and Indian food..
• Knowledge of tandoor and street food .
• Someone who is calm, professional and respectful at all times..
• Ability to remain composed and organised during busy, high-pressure periods..
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a small team..
• Flexibility and understanding are very important, as we are a new, small local business and everyone needs to work together and support each other..
• Respect comes before skills. We value attitude, reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn just as much as experience..
• Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team..

Working hours. 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM, with a 1-hour break, usually around 3:00 PM.
