This role is responsible for the overall organisation and control of the kitchen operation, and the kitchen team, with a strong focus on strategic planning to drive growth and profitability.
We are looking for a hands‑on professional who can lead and be actively involved in cooking and food production while managing operations within agreed budgetary guidelines. The role requires ensuring full compliance with client, company and statutory regulations, while developing the business in line with current high street and food service trends and building strong client relationships.
