Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Leeds is seeking a Head Chef to lead all catering operations on-site. You will oversee food production, planning and service delivery, ensuring high-quality meals and adherence to budgets and standards.

The role requires Previous experience at Head Chef level, hospitality expertise and a Level 3 Food Safety qualification. You will lead a catering team and collaborate with ISS colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with client, company and statutory requirements.
• Lead by example and work collaboratively with the catering team and wider ISS colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior catering role.
• Experience in hospitality and food production.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Ability to lead and manage a catering operation independently.
• Professional, well presented and approachable, with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Reliable, committed and focused on delivering high standards of food quality, service and customer satisfaction.
