COREcruitment Ltd is hiring a Head Chef for a newly launched corporate dining operation in Uxbridge. You will lead a small, skilled kitchen team, shape the menu from day one and deliver high-quality, fresh-food offerings for a corporate client.

Responsibilities include creating seasonal menus, managing ordering and costs, and building a strong client relationship while upholding excellent kitchen standards. Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week with a competitive package.

Formación

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to progress.
• Contract catering or B&I experience desirable.
• Passionate about fresh food and modern workplace dining.
• Creative, organised and confident developing menus.
• Commercially aware and comfortable managing a kitchen.
• Hands-on, approachable and enthusiastic about leading a team.

• Lead and develop your Sous Chef and kitchen team.
• Bring creativity to the breakfast, lunch and street-food offering.

• Maintain excellent food quality and kitchen standards.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
