Job Opportunity: Head Chef

Blue Arrow is currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to work in a beautiful environment at an Education Campus on the outskirts of Derbyshire/Staffordshire.

Pay Rate: £30,000 per year

This is a full-time position, term time only (34 weeks) plus an additional 9 weeks outside term time. Hours vary, and weekend work is required.

Requirements:

• Must have an Enhanced DBS check for Child Workforce (we can assist with obtaining this).
• Proven experience in preparing a variety of foods and cuisines.
• Skilled in catering to allergies and dietary requirements.
• Capable of managing a busy service and catering for large groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety procedures.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for providing polite, courteous, and efficient customer service.
