Your responsibilities will include managing the kitchen team to cook and serve nutritious, healthy meals that our Residents will love. You'll provide a variety of options, considering cultural preferences and dietary requirements. Whether managing food stock, optimizing your budget, or liaising with support teams on nutrition standards, Resident wellbeing will always be your top priority.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
