St Austell Brewery is seeking a Head Chef for the Iconic Wellington in St Austell. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, and cook with locally sourced produce to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver a quality food offering.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent, high-quality meals.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manage local sourcing of produce.
