The Chain Locker, operated by St Austell Brewery, in Falmouth, seeks a versatile Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work alongside passionate colleagues, using locally sourced produce to deliver high-quality dishes for our guests.

You will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensuring procedures are followed and dish specifications are met, while adapting the menu to meet business and guest needs.

Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
