Job summary

St Austell Brewery is seeking an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, cooking with locally sourced produce to delight our guests.

You will front the kitchen and back-of-house teams, ensuring a consistent, high quality food offering, strong product knowledge, and practical daily operations in a busy kitchen.

• Understand budgets and sales targets, and play a vital part in helping to achieve them.
