Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team within the restaurant and uphold the brand's culinary standards.

You will drive guest experience, ensure every dish meets perfection, and maintain cleanliness while developing internal talent and managing costs as part of a commercial operation.
