Job summary

The Tickled Trout, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team to deliver dishes of the highest standard. You will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations and driving guest satisfaction.

You will train and motivate staff, manage stock and ordering, and oversee health & hygiene compliance while delivering on a branded menu and supporting sales growth. This is a full-time on-site role in the Tickled Trout team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.
• Strong stock management and cost control abilities.
