Job summary

Mitchells & Butler’s Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure high-quality dishes and maintain brand standards. You will guide your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve targets.

You will manage food ordering, preparation and stock control while upholding all health and hygiene regulations, working within a branded menu and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food.
• Ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction through team performance.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
