Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Design innovative menus that reflect customer preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement new food concepts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
