What do you need?

• Proven leadership experience in a culinary or business environment.
• Current or previous roles may include catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager, or independent business manager.
• Ability to drive and support your district during training.

What will you be doing?

• During the 6-month training, you'll develop into a Head Chef capable of:
• Training and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality food.
• Driving sales and guest satisfaction to smash targets.
