What you'll be doing...

As a Head Chef, you will manage and support a catering team, focusing on financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget
  • Ensure effective communication, build relationships, and liaise with clients
  • Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, and environmental policies
