Join our team as a Head Chef and lead with passion and high standards in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook dishes to specifications in a clean, safe kitchen environment.
  2. Ensure all prep and par levels are maintained for each shift.
  3. Lead and motivate the kitchen team, including training and recruitment of staff.
  4. Manage kitchen operations effectively, including monitoring KPIs such as GP, labour, and food safety.
