Location:

Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Birmingham City Centre

Rate of Pay:

£35,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only)

About The Role:

We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer will feature weekly hot counter Pop-Ups, including dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations, along with a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's Table and daily office hospitality menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standards.
  • Ensure timely food production for smooth service.
  • Maintain availability of all necessary ingredients for menus.
  • Develop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectations.
  • Be creative in menu planning, involving clients and customers.
  • Manage a team of 5 Chefs.
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Take overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on performance.
  • Ensure the team completes up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene training.
