Job description

Location:

Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Birmingham City Centre

Rate of Pay:

£35,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (Office hours only!)

About The Role:

We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham, with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer will feature weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" including dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations, along with a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table and daily office hospitality menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standards.
  2. Produce food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service.
  3. Ensure all ingredients required for menus are available.
  4. Develop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectations.
  5. Be creative in menu planning, involving clients and customers.
  6. Manage a team of 5 chefs.
  7. Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  8. Take overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team.
  9. Provide feedback and coaching on performance.
  10. Ensure the kitchen team completes up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene training.
