We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our team in The Hoxton, Southwark, at our Albie Restaurant.

The Hoxton, Southwark, our third location in London, is just a short walk from the South Bank. It offers something for everyone: 192 rooms, The Apartment (a unique meeting & events space), a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, and a brand-new coworking space spread over six floors. Our Albie is an all-day neighbourhood restaurant serving familiar classics with a twist, inspired by the diverse international food scene of the surrounding neighbourhood.
