Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and ready to take the helm in a high-end dining establishment? We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in this renowned restaurant.

The restaurant specializes in casual fine dining Italian cuisine, with a focus on fresh pasta made in-house and utilizing the finest seasonal produce sourced from the Lake District and Cornwall. Serving lunch and dinner exclusively, with a volume of approximately 140 covers per service. The team consists of 14 talented chefs who work collaboratively to create culinary masterpieces.

Competitive Salary: Starting at £57,000 - 60,000 with potential for growth.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a manageable schedule with 48 hours over 5 days, including 7 shifts (3 singles and 2 doubles).

Varied Shifts: Shifts range from 8 am to 4 pm for singles, and 10 am to 10 pm for doubles.

Sunday Closures: Relax and recharge as the restaurant closes at 4 pm on Sundays.

Holiday Closures: Enjoy downtime during Christmas and New Year as we shut down for these festive periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in an Italian cuisine-focused establishment is essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs, ensuring cohesion and efficiency in the kitchen.
• A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
