We’re opening a warm, welcoming restaurant and bar inspired by Hong Kong home cooking—where fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and heartfelt hospitality come together.

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead, inspire, and grow with us. You don’t need prior Cantonese cooking experience—just a passion for food, great leadership skills, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide training to help you master the flavors and techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

Passionate about fresh, home-style cooking (any cuisine welcome!)

Strong leader & mentor, keen to support and develop a diverse team

Organised & creative, with an eye for quality and efficiency

Open to learning new techniques and flavors

Your Role:

Lead and inspire a collaborative kitchen team
