What’s on the plate:

As Head Chef, you will craft delicious, balanced, and innovative menus that impress and inspire, overseeing staff dining and hospitality catering, ensuring excellence in every aspect.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading kitchen operations proactively and hands-on
• Designing and delivering high-quality food meeting client expectations
• Driving food innovation aligned with sustainability and health trends
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and COSHH regulations
• Managing budgets, costs, and stock efficiently
• Coaching and inspiring the kitchen team
